RESERVATION POLICY $250.00 deposit required to secure your reservation You may use this deposit for your $250.00 security deposit that is due upon check in Balance due to be paid at check in

-CANCELLATION POLICY 100% refund if cancelled before one week of arrival Any cancellations after that are refunded only if we can rent the cabin to another party for the same dates

If we determine that there is not enough snow in the area for snowmobiling we may allow you to receive a full refund.
